Adult Sessions are an excellent way to start dance or return to the studio after some time away.
These classes are recommended for students 16 years & up.
*All classes run based on pre-registration and confirmed 7 -10 days prior to the start date.
Basics – Our starter level program geared towards the first time student or those with limited experience
Level 1 – Beginner level classes focused on building foundation and technique (1-4 yrs experience)
Level 2 – Intermediate level classes focused on enhancing technique and style (5-9 yrs experience)
Level 3 – Advance level classes focused on enhancing existing technique (10+ yrs experience)
Please note: Instructors may recommend registration changes to ensure you are assigned to a program that best suits your level of training.

ADAPTIVE PROGRAMS
Adaptive Dance ages 16 & up with Miss Claire
Saturdays 12:15-1:00 | April 18th to May 30th *No class May 16th
Join Miss Claire for a 6 weeks of Adaptive Dance. This is an all ability class focused on improving balance, coordination, strength and musicality. Students will develop individual expression and creativity while learning dance basics. All levels and experience welcome
Adaptive Yoga ages 16 & up with Miss Carey
Saturdays 1:00-1:45 | April 18th to May 30th *No class May 16th
Adaptive yoga is an all ability class focused on mindful movement, connection to breath and body awareness. This practice moves at a slower pace, allowing you to flow through poses with intention and focus. All levels and experience welcome

Single class 6 week session = $63.00 tax included
Two classes 6 week session = $110.25 tax included

BALLET
Ballet Level 1/2 | 6 classes for $88.20 (tax included) with Miss Emma
Saturdays 11:00-12:00 | April 18th to May 30th * No class May 16th
Ballet 1/2 will class will offer students technique at the barre, in centre and across the floor. This is a great class to keep up with your technique or to progress your existing skills.
Ballet Level 2 | 5 classes for $73.50 (tax included) with Miss Emma
Mondays 7:30-8:30 | April 13th to May 11th
Our Level 2 Ballet class is the perfect class for dancers with some experience. Starting with basic technique at the barre, this class will focus on foundation, balance and coordination. Offering students a chance to develop their skills while learning new steps and connecting their technique into short sequences.
Ballet Level 3 | 5 classes for $73.50 (tax included) with Miss Anali
Mondays 8:30-9:30 | April 13th to May 11th
Our Level 3 Ballet class is the perfect class for dancers with previous ballet experience. This fast paced class includes intricate combination and will challenge your foundation and technique.
CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary Level 1/2 | 6 classes for $75.60 (tax included)
(Tuesdays with Miss China/Saturdays with Miss Claire)
1) Tuesdays 8:00-8:45 | April 14th to May 26th *No class May 12th
2) Saturdays 10:15-11:00 | April 18th to May 30th *No class May 16th
Contemporary is the perfect class for students looking to move their body with expression. Each class will focus on developing basic technique while encouraging students to understand the feeling behind a piece of choreography.
Contemporary Level 3 | 6 classes for $88.20 (tax included) with Miss China
Thursdays 7:30-8:30 | April 16th to May 28th *No class May 14th
This level 3 class is geared towards the experienced dancer looking to maintain or enhance their technique. Each class will focus on supporting technique while encouraging an in depth look at the feeling behind a piece of choreography.
JAZZ
Jazz Funk | 6 classes for $75.60 (tax included) with Miss Emma
Saturdays 12:00-12:45 | April 18th to May 30th *No class May 16th
This energetic style focuses on isolations, lines and simple grooves. Students will learn a variety of core Jazz Techniques through work across the floor and simple combinations.
TAP
All tap classes will be instructed by Miss Claire
Adult Tap Level 1/2 | 6 classes for $75.60 (tax included)
Tuesdays 8:45-9:30 | April 14th to May 26th * No class May 12th
This class is focused on students with previous experience. This will run at a moderate pace and continue to develop existing technique.
Adult Tap Level 3 |6 classes for $75.60 (tax included)
Thursdays 8:30-9:15 | April 16th to May 28th *No class May 14th
Tap Level 3 is focused towards students with previous tap experience. Students should be ready to move at a faster pace with more intricate footwork and rhythms. A minimum of 6 years of experience is recommended for this level.
Gilbert Tap Grade 8 | 6 classes for $75.60 (tax included)
Wednesdays 8:00-8:45 | April 15th to May 27th *No class May 13th
DROP IN DANCE-
Not sure where to start? We offer Drop In options for all of our Adult Sessional Classes . Students should submit an Adult Registration form and email info@hapticdancearts.com to ensure we have space in your class of choice.
45 minute classes = $15.75 (tax included)
1 hour classes = $21.00 (tax included)
Drop in fees are due on the day of your class and are non-refundable
Spring Unlimited Adult Pass (Valid April to May 2026)
Geared towards the dancer looking to take it all!
Students can attend their choice of Adult Classes available each week through their Registered Session.
$288.75 (tax included)
Unlimited passes are valid through the Registered Session and cannot transfer to another session in the year. We will guarantee there are a minimum of 20 classes available for the Unlimited Pass attendees for their registered Session.
Please note: Instructors may make recommendations on placement for Unlimited Students based on current level of training. This is to ensure student safety and proper technical progression.

Session Fee & Cancellation Policies
- Session class fees are required to be paid at the time of registration in order to hold your place in the class.
- Session class fees are subject to a 25% admin fee should you withdraw with less than a 14 days prior to the session start date.
- Session class fees are non-refundable after the session has started.
- Differed payments and can be arranged for another session at the discretion of the Artistic Director.
