At Haptic Dance Arts we offer a variety of options for students to discover their love of dance in the right setting.
Adult Sessions and Children Sessions
Session classes are the perfect introduction for first-time movers interested in starting dance or the returning student looking to build on their technique.
Session classes generally run for a 6-10 weeks and are offered as follows:
Winter Sessions | January to March
Spring Sessions | April to June
Summer Sessions | July to August
Fall Sessions | September to December
HAPTIC DANCE TECHNIQUE CLASSES (Full year Program)
Our Full Year program provides students a progressive learning opportunity to further their technique and knowledge of dance. Programs available will incorporate Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Creative Movement & Contemporary Dance. Our 32 week Full Year Program runs September to June and students will be provided performance opportunities throughout the year.
ACRO DANCE (Full year Program)
We’re excited to be adding Acro Dance to our program this upcoming 2021/2022 season.
This comprehensive program is based on simple thoughtful progressions that take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage! If you have a little one who loves to bend, roll and tumble, then this program if for them.
Private lessons are available to anyone interested in learning in a one on one environment. These lessons are available to the first time student wanting to have a head start on their classes or the elite student looking to enhance their skills. Lessons will focus on a variety of skills that help to develop strength, coordination or technique depending on the individuals needs.
Backyard Sessions are available between May & September and are open to anyone interested in bringing dance to your own backyard! These sessions can be booked for 1-5 students and are based on Creative Movement, Jazz and Ballet techniques.
A great way to keep young ones moving at home or a fun way to celebrate a birthday party!
